BlueCross has partnered with Signify Health, an independent organization, to offer in-home wellness assessments at no-cost to you. This is a convenient option for you to meet with a provider without leaving your home. The results will be shared with you and your physician.

BlueCross Essential, Rx Value and BlueCross Rx Plus are stand-alone prescription drug plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in BlueCross Total, BlueCross Total Value, BlueCross Blue Basic, BlueCross Secure, BlueCross Essential, BlueCross Rx Value or BlueCross Rx Plus depends on contract renewal.
