Hours:
We are available for phone calls 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Our automated phone system handles calls received after 8 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. From Oct. 1 through March 31, we are available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time, seven days a week. Customer Service also has free language interpreter services available for non-English speakers.

Important Message About What You Pay for Insulin — You won’t pay more than $35 for a one-month supply of each insulin product covered by our plan, no matter what cost-sharing tier it’s on, even if you haven’t paid your deductible.
What's Medicare Advantage?
Medicare Advantage plans are an alternative to Original Medicare offered by private insurance plans. These plans offer everything covered by Medicare Part A (hospital coverage) and Part B (medical coverage), and they often include extra benefits like drug, vision, dental and hearing coverage. When can I enroll?
If you're eligible for Medicare, you can choose to enroll in Medicare Advantage instead. Already enrolled in Original Medicare? During the annual enrollment period (Oct. 15 – Dec. 7), you can switch to Medicare Advantage.
