Silver&Fit Program Update

Exciting News for Our Medicare Advantage Members!

At BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, we are committed to supporting healthy aging for all our South Carolina Medicare members. We are thrilled to announce that starting June 1, 2025, our Medicare Advantage plans will once again include the Silver&Fit® program. This excellent benefit provides access to local fitness centers and on-demand workout videos suitable for all fitness levels.

What You Need to Know:

  • Program Start Date: June 1, 2025
  • New Fitness Program: Silver&Fit®

We will be reaching out to you via letter, text and phone call to ensure you are aware of this change and to answer any questions you may have.

How to Get Started:

  1. Create an Account: Beginning June 1st, visit SilverandFit.com and create a new account.
  2. Check Participation: Log in to see if your fitness center is participating or choose a new fitness center.
  3. Get Your Card: Print a paper copy of your Silver&Fit card or download it to your phone, and bring it to the fitness center on your first visit.
